    The Learning Place is an online training venue that offers church planters and those who work with them a world-class cyber-learning system, integrating video with synchronized PowerPoint-style presentations and options for downloading related files. Because you are on the North American Mission Board's Church Planting Village, you also have the nation's largest church-planting resources library at your fingertips.

    Now you can do all your critical research, resourcing, and equipping online. Everything you need to get your new church started is just a few clicks away.


    A one-time registration is required for The Learning Place. The login you create then can be used to access any subsequent training.

    Basic Training for Church Planters
    Basic Training for Church Planters equips church planters, planting team members, and church leaders for evangelizing the lost and the planting of new churches. This resource helps the learner understand the context of the unchurched group their trying to reach and develop a strategy for penetrating that culture with the gospel.

    Basic Training II

    Basic Training II provides 6 sessions designed specifically for churches 1-3 years in development, but can be used by any church wanting to "get back to the basics" and strengthen their ministry impact.
