EnlistmentThe Enlistment component of the Church Planting Process engages individuals and churches through church planting activity. Therefore, the desired outcome of enlistment is individuals and churches actively engaged in church planting endeavors; they are committed to church planting. The enlistment focus is around discovering individuals, developing church planting teams, sponsoring churches who plant churches, and other partners such as associations and conventions.
