Readiness

Readiness is the portion of the Church Planting Process that builds awareness of lostness and the need to plant churches contextualized for each specific people group.  When readiness has fulfilled its desired outcome, churches, planters, and planting teams are AWARE of God's call on their lives, the people groups all around them who do not know Jesus, and what it is that God is calling them to do.  Readiness includes five specific activities:

1. The Sowing of the Gospel Message
2. Spiritual Preparation
3. Understanding Place and Context
4. People Focus
5. Measuring Receptivity
